We raise all natural beef. We offer both grain and grass fed beef. We sell quarters,halves, beef bundles and a full line of retail cuts. All our beef is locally processed in Nappanee where it is state inspected and invidually weighed and packaged. We are a third generation beef producing farm. In regards to growing methods of our cattle all our pastures are organic and fertilized with organic fertilizer. All our hay is organic as well. The grain ration we feed is a all natural ration that is custom made by a local mill. We are not certified organic but we are transparent and open with anyone who has questions or wants to visit our farm and see what we do.
